Ordering

No Scam Policy!

Recently it has been quite common for users to be locked into painful content subscription services costing the user a fixed sum every week. These subscription services often mislead you into thinking you are just paying a fixed fee for the item you are ordering (always read the small print!), but the service is quite the opposite – charging you a certain fee every week for content you don't even want. With ABOE NAWAN you can always be certain that you will never be locked into an unwanted subscription service as you only pay once for the item you order. That's a guarantee!

How do I order an item?

Ordering an item is very simple. Just click on the item (e.g a ringtone, wallpaper or game) and roll down to the ordering instructions. Grab your cell phone and send an SMS message containing the text from the Download Instructions box and send it to the shortcode (special 5 digit phone number). Make sure you don't forget the spaces in the message! Wait a few minutes and you'll receive your content.

WAP Setup & Downloading Content

How do I setup WAP on my phone

To download items from ABOE NAWAN you need to enable WAP on your phone. Don't panic, most users have WAP enabled already. (If you can access the internet from your phone then you certainly have WAP enabled.) If you are unsure if you have WAP enabled or are unsure how to enable it then please contact your mobile operator.

What do I do with the download link I received?

Your item will be delivered to you via a special WAPPUSH message, which has a link in it. To download your item, open the message we sent you. Click on the download link and your item will start downloading to your phone. When downloading is finished, don't forget to save your item!

Registration

Why should I register with ABOE NAWAN?

Once your register, you become a member of the community. You can setup your profile, post messages, receive alerts, create wishlists and collect loyalty points, which you can use to redeem freebies. So there are lots of benefits.

How do I register?

Registering is as simple as it gets. Just click here to get to the registration page. The first part of the first page consists of compulsary registration data, the second part is voluntary and consists of setting up your profile, which other users will see. The second page of the registration, which is voluntary, is concerned with setting up Email/RSS alerts for particular artists and categories, which you want to be updated about.

How do I Login?

After you register you're immediately logged in. In the case of future visits just log in clicking on the LOGIN button at the top of the page.

What are My Alerts?

My Alerts are a cool service available to all registered users. With our E-mail and RSS alerts you'll never miss a cool hot item that has just entered our catalogue. Registered users can simply create alerts for particular artists and categories they are interested in. Any time we add an item that matches your tastes we will notify you via E-mail or RSS.

What are My Favourites?

My Favourites is another cool service offered to registered users that are part of the Community. With My Favourites you can create a list of your favourite items and share it with the other members of the Community. To each item you add to My Favourites you can assign your own notes and special tags. Tags are special keywords that you somehow associate with the item. You can then search your or somebody elses Favourites using these tags.

Community & Loyalty Programme

Setting up your profile

If you haven't setup your profile during registering you can easily do so later. Just click on the My Profile button and you'll be able to set it up. You'll be able to choose an icon representing you, give some information about yourself and show other people within the community what your wishlist and preferences are.

Loyalty programme

Once you've become a member of the ABOE NAWAN community, you get loyalty points for certain activities such as discussing items, ordering, creating wishlists etc. You can then use these loyalty points to redeem free ringtones, wallpapers or games!
